Shipping & Refund Policy

You can trust that your order will be processed quickly and delivered safely.

We can ship products anywhere in the United States or Canada or United Kingdom or Australia or Germany or Internationally using the regular shipping method. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based on your destination. 

Some of our products are made-to-order and will typically be handled for ship out in 1-3 business days. And some of other products are ready in stock and typically takes 1 business days to handle and pack the items.

All items will be shipped from US, Singapore, Australia, Germany and China (depending on location and item availability) using SF-Express, TNT Post , USPS Commercial ePacket®(US destination only) and Singapore Post Registered Article (for destination outside the US) which typically takes  eight working days delivery after manifested or less. Tracking details will be provided.

Make sure you enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received and the product is dispatched, we cannot alter the address and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate for reshipment.

We recommend customers to fill out phone numbers on shipping address. Phone numbers will be used for delivery purposes only. We promise we will never share, sell, lease, trade, or using phone numbers for marketing purposes.

Please also note that delivery times are approximate and may require extra transit time because of unforeseen delays. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence unless previously agreed by us in writing.

Collections and deliveries are not made on bank holidays and/or weekends. Please allow additional time if ordering on or near public holidays or during sale periods.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Our shipping charges are determined by the quantity and/or weight of your order, including sales tax (if applicable). Our charge for shipment may not represent the actual cost paid by us to our courier.

Please be aware that our shippers may charge a customs handling fee, and that your country's customs office will probably charge separate import fees and taxes. These may come as a bill arriving a week or more after you receive your package. For all shipping methods there may also be fees charged by other organizations working with your country's post office. You are responsible for paying these fees.

REFUND POLICY

At AllCellPhoneCase we are committed to quality products and gaining your highest satisfaction.

We welcome feedback, both positive and negative as this will help us provide a better service and product in the future. If we are not aware of a problem we cannot rectify it.

If you are dissatisfied with your order, you can request for a prompt refund or replacement within 2 business days of receipt of package. Refund will be credited in the full amount of item prices, excluding shipping charges, and in the same form as the original payment type. Item replacement will be arranged at no cost.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Our refund and replacement policy are eligible only for incorrect and/or defective item(s). Plausible reason must be given—we do not exchange products due to a change of mind, and we cannot accept any claims if it is a result of item type or model that was mistakenly chosen by purchaser.

To file your claim, send us a message at Contact Us. We require at least a photograph of the item and the receipt or proof of purchase to complete your claim. Once your claim is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your claim.

We cannot guarantee reshipment for lost item due to incorrect address provided by purchaser. We strongly encourage you to carefully check your order details and shipping address on your cart before making any payment.

CANCELLATIONS

By using our service you agree that you are fully aware of and committed to all actions and transactions you carry out through our site. Therefore, any cancellation request of transaction that have been fulfilled will be rejected.
